Do I need any website skills?
No. If you can post on Instagram, you can run daybookly. You fill in simple forms and the site is put together for you.
How long does setup take?
One evening, if your photos and price list are ready.
Do you charge per booking?
No. You pay the subscription only, however many bookings you get.
How is this different from booking marketplaces?
You get your own website with only you on it. No fees, no rankings, no competitors next to you.
How do clients book?
They pick a service, a specialist (or “anyone”) and a free time, leave their name and phone, and get a confirmation email with a link to cancel or reschedule. No sign-up, no app.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, if you already own one: connecting it is a one-time add-on. Until then your site lives at yourname.daybookly.com.
Which languages are supported?
Your site can speak Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech and Romanian, you enable the ones you need. The dashboard is available in the same 9 languages.
Is there a free trial?
No, but building and previewing your site is free, you pay when you publish it. And we refund your first payment within 14 days, no questions asked.
How do I cancel?
In your dashboard. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period, then goes offline. Your data is kept if you come back.
Who owns my client data?
You do. We store it only to run your bookings, and never sell or share it with other businesses.
Is it suitable for a clinic?
Yes. The clinic template shows doctors, treatments, licenses and certificates. The booking form never asks for complaints or diagnoses.
What if I have several specialists or locations?
Basic covers up to 2 specialists, Pro up to 10 specialists and 5 locations.
